Odyssey is a surety bond and facility lifecycle management platform built for carriers, MGAs, and brokers. It manages the full workflow from proposal and underwriting through to bond issuance and facility administration — with governance embedded in the architecture, not bolted on as a compliance layer. Authority limits, approvals tiers, and access controls are structurally enforced, not left to user discretion.

Marios Prapopoulos, our visionary leader, combines a wealth of experience with a forward-thinking approach. With a background in technology and a knack for strategic planning, he has played a pivotal role in steering MDN Labs towards innovation and success. Marios brings a dynamic leadership style, fostering collaboration and driving projects to fruition.

Pietro

Pietro Amico, a seasoned Italian lawyer, specializes in EU law, focusing on competition, banking, and IT matters. Pietro excels in managing legal and commercial aspects and plays a key role in negotiations, and closing deals. With a deep understanding of P&L analysis and risk management, he navigates complex contractual and financial negotiations.

Yiannis

Yiannis Stavrianakos is a freelance creative professional specializing in branding and company identity. With a background in Graphic & Interior Design, he has garnered accolades, such as the Silver IWSC Award for Spirits Artwork & Bottle Design in 2018. Yiannis brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a distinguished creative force in the industry.

Argyris

Argiris Batralis is a talented software developer with over two years of experience building scalable web applications. Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, Argiris combines front-end precision with API integration skills. His keen eye for UI/UX, performance optimization, and teamwork makes him an asset to any project, bringing modern and innovative solutions to the table.

Konstantinos

Konstantinos Giannopoulos, a Python Developer and Machine Learning Engineer with a strong mathematics background, focuses on NLP and scalable backend systems. His work with LLMs, data pipelines, and web scraping enhances our AI development efforts. Konstantinos brings analytical rigor and a fresh perspective to data-driven innovation and scalable software engineering.

Spyros

Spyridon Maris, a skilled Python Backend Developer and DevOps Engineer who focuses on backend architecture, infrastructure automation, and system reliability. His work across security tooling, database optimisation, and CI/CD pipelines blends technical rigour with a passion for clean, production-ready code. Spyros brings deep expertise in containerisation and monitoring to our team's work.
